Vowland: ABC ZZZ Quest

Vowland is an original fantasy world I created through children’s books, illustration, and interactive storytelling. This project showcases my ability to blend narrative design, stylized artwork, and creative production workflows using tools like AI, Photoshop, and Notion.

As the author, illustrator, and creative director, I’ve guided every step of the process — from story development and visual design to book production and early game prototyping in Unreal Engine. Vowland is a broader creative IP that explores imagination, language, and color through a soft, storybook-inspired lens.

My first book in the series, ABC ZZZ Quest, was inspired by my daughters and a lifelong love of video games, cartoons, and visual storytelling. It turns learning into an imaginative journey:

One night, Shae finds herself wide awake, unable to fall asleep.
To create a bedtime story, she sets off to find the letters of the alphabet — one by one — across the magical land of Vowland. Along the way, she encounters whimsical landscapes and friendly characters, each tied to a different letter.
